Contact Centre Solutions

Broadband VOIP - OneVoice
BCS Consulting, as a communications consulting company, has to keep up to date with newer technologies, in order to be able to offer them to our clients. OneVoice is a Broadband Phone Service that utilizes VoIP, or Voice over Internet Protocol.

There are two ways to deliver VoIP services -

Delivery Service Deliver VoIP as a full managed service, unlike the first way where a customer buys a VoIP enable phone system; Customer have a choice whether to use OneVoice Service to replace of or, as an additional service to, current phone service.

OneVoice allows customers, to reduce their line count from the local phone company, and use to make calls to other office locations to save on excessive international calls. Smaller businesses, that feel they have a stable Internet connection, may eliminate most or all of their regular telephone lines, and completely replace them with OneVoice Service.
